Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sr. Designer to lead our design team and deliver start-to-finish consultative design services, building lasting relationships and brand loyalty with customers.

You will meet with customers, understand project needs, educate on requirements, and craft design concepts that reflect personal style, lifestyle, and budget. The role calls for design education or significant interior design experience, with opportunities for higher starting pay based on

Qualifications

• Design education or equivalent experience with six years of interior design work.
• Experience with retail design and sales is preferred.
• Proficiency with basic math and design software basics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with residential and professional customers.
• Greet customers and support design walk-in needs.
• Schedule design appointments and develop clientele through referrals.
• Advise on tile, wood, stone, and accessories for projects.
• Design and sell complete, functional and aesthetically appealing design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects with timeliness and clear communication.
• Collaborate with store leadership to manage projects from inquiry to installation.
