B&A is seeking a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist to support United States Army INSCOM NGIC FUSION in Charlottesville, VA. The role emphasizes the business and process of intelligence management, providing admin support, managing RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings, and coordinating with security and analysts.

Applicants must hold a TS/SCI clearance and have substantial education (Master's or Bachelor's with extensive experience).

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in a related field with at least 12 years of relevant experience, including recent years.
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 17 total years of related senior experience as substitution for a Master’s.
Active TS/SCI clearance adjudicated within the past five years.

Responsibilities

Serve as the key operational and administrative support node for the contract's analytical workforce.
Ensure efficient information flow and seamless task execution for analysts, engineers, and scientists.
Focus on intelligence management business processes, not just tradecraft.
Administer RFIs, formal task actions, reports, and briefings from receipt to completion.
Review documents for accuracy, consolidate inputs, format products to standards.
Prepare read-ahead books and briefing materials for high-level meetings; coordinate security access.
Provide cross-domain data transfer and dissemination support, moving FINTEL securely to networks.
