Job summary

B&A seeks a Senior Deputy Program Manager to support INSCOM NGIC FUSION in Charlottesville, VA. You will provide direct oversight of key operational areas, manage CONUS/OCONUS functions, and lead the daily operations in the PM’s absence.

Anticipated award in 2027 with a start in April 2027. Salary range is $97,000 to $158,000 annually. A Master’s degree with 12+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 17 years total experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field with at least 12 years of experience, including recent work.
• Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category with an additional 5 years of senior experience, or total 17 years.
• Active TS/SCI clearance adjudicated within the past five years.

Responsibilities

• The DPM will support the PM and provide direct oversight of specific operational and functional areas.
• The DPM will be assigned to manage the CONUS, OCONUS, training, and administrative functions, ensuring focused leadership across the contract’s diverse requirements.
• The DPM will have full authority to act on all matters within their designated area of responsibility and for the daily operation of the task order in the PM’s absence.
