B&A seeks a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist to support INSCOM NGIC FUSION task order. The role emphasizes business and process management of intelligence operations, not tradecraft, with responsibilities spanning RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree (or 17 years with a Bachelor's), active TS/SCI clearance within the last five years, and 12+ years related work. Base location is Charlottesville, VA; travel up to 10% may apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field and at least 12 years of experience in the labor category, with recent experience.
• Or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 17 years of total related senior experience as a substitute for the Master’s.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance adjudicated within the past five years.

Responsibilities

• The Intelligence Management Specialist will serve as the key operational and administrative support node for the contract’s analytical workforce.
• Responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of information and the seamless execution of tasks, enabling analysts, engineers, and scientists to focus on their core mission.
• Distinctly different from the Contract Senior Intelligence Analyst who focuses on tradecraft, this role focuses on the business and process of intelligence management.
• Provides a full range of support including administration and management of incoming RFIs, formal task actions, reports, and briefings, ensuring items are tracked from receipt to completion.
• Assists the analytical staff by reviewing documents for administrative accuracy, consolidating inputs, and formatting products and correspondence per established standards.
• Prepares for high-level meetings and official functions, including read-ahead books and briefing materials, coordinating with security to ensure access, and managing logistics.
• Provides hands-on cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, ensuring secure transfer to appropriate networks for customer access.

Bachelor’s degree with an additional 5 years equals 17 years total experience
