Job summary

Bart & Associates, LLC (B&A) seeks an Expert Program Manager to support INSCOM NGIC FUSION for the United States Army. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, strategic contract oversight, and leadership of a significant program effort in Charlottesville, VA.

Anticipated award in early 2027 with a 1 base year + 4 option years and a salary range of $160,000 to $240,000 per year. Compensation depends on experience, security clearance level, and funding status.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a field related to the labor category is required.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant analysis experience, with recent work within the last 2 years.
• Proven experience leading large teams and coordinating complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact to the Government for the task order.
• Ensure quality, content, and timeliness of all deliverables and performance.
• Provide strategic oversight and supervise contract service providers.

Education

Master's degree or higher in a field related to the labor category

20 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category
