Job summary

Bart & Associates, Inc. seeks an Expert Program Manager to support the U.S. Army INSCOM NGIC FUSION task order in Charlottesville, VA. The PM will act as the primary liaison to the Government and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, 20+ years of relevant analysis, and an active TS/SCI clearance. Anticipated start April 2027; salary range $160,000–$240,000 annually; base year + 4 option years.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in an area related to the labor category
• Minimum of 20 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category
• Experience leading large teams

Responsibilities

• The PM will serve as the primary government liaison and authorized representative for the task order.
• Ensure quality, content, and timeliness of all deliverables and performance.
• Provide strategic oversight to ensure successful contract execution and supervise contract service providers.
