Job summary

B&A is seeking an Expert Program Manager to support the U.S. Army INSCOM NGIC FUSION task order in Charlottesville, VA.

The role will be the primary point of contact to the Government, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables, with oversight of contract execution and supervision of service providers. Anticipated Award in March/April 2027 and a Base Year plus 4 Option Years, with a salary range of $160,000–$240,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in an area related to the labor category from a college or university.
• A minimum of 20 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
• Experience leading large teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison to the Government for the task order.
• Be the authorized representative for all matters related to the task order and ensure quality, content, and timeliness of deliverables.
• Provide strategic oversight to ensure successful contract execution and supervise contract service providers.
