Job summary

Bart & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior All-Source Analyst to support INSCOM NGIC FUSION task orders.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and will be based in Charlottesville, VA, with an anticipated start in 2027 and a base year + 4 options. The ideal candidate will apply advanced analytical tradecraft, guide analysts in methodologies, and ensure high-quality intelligence production across contract efforts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a field related to the labor category with at least 12 years of experience, including recent work.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with an additional 5 years of senior experience, totaling 17 years.
• Active TS/SCI clearance adjudicated within the past five years.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and perform essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal for analytic tradecraft and methodological rigor.
• Collaborate with Government leadership to ensure all intelligence production is underpinned by sound, objective, and advanced analytical practices.
• Lead efforts to improve the quality and defensibility of contract analysis.
• Guide analysts in selecting methodologies, including SATs, quantitative and qualitative methods, and other advanced analytical tools.
• Participate in project kick-offs and progress reviews to establish and maintain methodological foundations.
• Perform final contract reviews of all products against the government checklist for compliance with Analytic Tradecraft Standards.
• Provide training and mentorship on intelligence assessment principles and tradecraft standards.
