Bart & Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist to support INSCOM NGIC FUSION tasks in Charlottesville, VA. Competitive salary ranges from $97,000 to $158,000 annually, contingent on experience, clearance, and funding.

Responsibilities include operational and administrative support for the analytical workforce, information flow management, and coordination of meetings and logistics. Requires active TS/SCI clearance and advanced degrees with substantial experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a field related to the labor category with 12+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with an additional 5 years of related senior experience for a total of 17 years.
• Active TS/SCI clearance adjudicated within the past five years.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key operational and administrative support node for the contract’s analytical workforce.
• Ensure efficient flow of information and seamless task execution so analysts, engineers, and scientists can focus on core missions.
• Focus on the business and process of intelligence management, distinct from tradecraft.
• Administer and manage incoming RFIs, formal task actions, reports, and briefings, tracking items from receipt to completion.
• Review documents for administrative accuracy, consolidate inputs, and format products and correspondence to standards.
• Prepare for high-level meetings and official functions, including read-ahead books and briefing materials; coordinate security access and logistics for events.
• Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support to move FINTEL securely to appropriate networks.

Education

Master’s degree or higher in related field

Bachelor’s degree with 17 years total experience as substitute
