Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking an Intelligence Management Specialist – Senior at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role provides full intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists across multiple disciplines, including cross-domain data transfer and dissemination.

Key duties include documenting, coordinating RFIs and reports, preparing briefings, and maintaining tasking logs. A TS/SCI clearance is required, with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.

Qualifications

• Education and experience matching the labor category in intelligence.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Understanding of Army editing standards and DIA style guide.
• Current DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance with ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists.
• Review documents for accuracy and respond to staff requests on access and formatting.
• Assist with RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings.
• Prepare correspondence and documents for program management.
• Create read-ahead documents and coordinate with security for access.
• Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.
• Manage ETMS2 on all networks and report status to leadership.
• Coordinate weekly or ad hoc reporting to Army G2 and INSCOM.
• Maintain office calendars, mailboxes, and event schedules.
• Prepare agendas for meetings and coordinate VTCs/teleconferences.
