Job summary

Bart & Associates, LLC seeks a Senior All-Source Analyst to support INSCOM NGIC FUSION tasks. You will contribute to rigorous analytic tradecraft and work with government leadership to ensure defensible intelligence products for national security missions.

This role requires a Master’s degree or Bachelor's with substantial senior experience and an active TS/SCI clearance. You will guide analysts, apply quantitative and qualitative methods, review outputs, and mentor staff throughout project

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Or Bachelor's degree with at least 17 years of related senior experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal for analytic tradecraft and methodological rigor.
• Collaborate with Government leadership to ensure sound analyses.
• Improve quality and defensibility of contract intelligence products.
• Guide analysts in applying SATs and advanced analytic tools.
• Participate in project kick-offs and in-progress reviews for method validation.
• Perform final contract reviews against analytic tradecraft standards.
• Provide training and mentorship on tradecraft and production processes.
• Act as lead technical representative on tradecraft matters.
