Horizon3 is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company delivering NodeZero platform-based autonomous pentests and related security assessments to government and enterprise clients.

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive, Intelligence Community to own a named IC portfolio, manage the full sales cycle, and drive multi-million dollar quotas against cleared programs. You will navigate accreditation, RMF overlays, and IC-specific procurement paths with discipline and credibility.

Qualifications

• Track record selling enterprise cybersecurity or SaaS to the U.S. Intelligence Community with multi-million-dollar quota.
• 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise technology sales; 5+ years selling into IC.
• 3+ years selling cybersecurity, INFOSEC, or security SaaS solutions.
• Existing, verifiable relationships across IC customers and cleared ecosystem with mission knowledge.
• Deep IC procurement knowledge including agency vehicles, OTAs, consortia, and funding cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own a named IC portfolio with annual net-new ARR quota and defined expansion targets.
• Build mission-level account plans identifying mission systems, owners, funding lines, and contracts.
• Prospect through cleared channels and engage mission owners, CIO/CISO, and security teams.
• Navigate accreditation and RMF processes impacting deployment timelines and approvals.
• Deliver weekly forecast and participate in quarterly business reviews with Certainty and credibility.
