Job summary

Mattermost is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the Intelligence Community focus to own and expand one of our most strategic territories in the IC. This quota-carrying role targets strategic renewals, net-new growth, and large-scale opportunities within classified environments.

You will drive complex, enterprise SaaS deals, build executive relationships across IC agencies and cleared partners, and align with FSIs to accelerate procurement while ensuring IC compliance and security

Qualifications

• Proven track record of enterprise SaaS sales closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals.
• Deep understanding of U.S. Intelligence Community procurement, accreditation, and mission environments.
• Experience navigating IC procurement, classification, and authorization-to-operate (ATO) processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Intelligence Community territory as the primary seller for IC accounts.
• Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned to IC modernization and mission priorities.
• Close complex enterprise SaaS transactions through multi-threaded sales cycles with security reviews and accreditation workflows.
