Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Technical Account Manager for New Verticals integrations to guide partners through their integration journey with DoorDash. You will work with product, engineering, and operations to standardize and scale high growth integrations, translating technical needs into practical business solutions and owning partner success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years translating technical concepts to business solutions.
• Hands-on SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve.

Responsibilities

• Be SME for DoorDash’s integrated offerings and guide partners through new Integration builds.
• Collaborate closely with Merchants and Integrations partners to ensure onboarding and successful integration.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions that align with partner objectives.
• Work on strategic projects based on Merchant needs to uplevel our product offering and processes.
