DoorDash is seeking a high-energy Technical Account Manager to own the success and shape the integration platform offering for Merchants adopting our new products. In this role, you will dive into the lowest level of technical detail, solve intricate data-flow challenges, and collaborate cross-functionally to build a world-class integrations platform.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing processes.
• Collaborate with external partners to drive partnerships.
• Experience in project and/or program management.
• Cross-functional engineering and operations teamwork experience.
• Experience in warehousing or supply chain implementation is a plus.
• 3+ years translating technical concepts to business solutions.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks.
• Hands-on SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Be a Subject Matter Expert for DoorDash’s integrated offerings and guide partners through new Integration builds.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support.
• Define gaps in our system and recommend solutions to evolve our tech offering.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions that align with our Merchant’s needs.
