Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Manager on our Partner Integrations team to lead integrations with POS systems and aggregators used by top restaurant partners. You will oversee a team of Technical Account Managers and coordinate with cross-functional DoorDash teams to shape go-to-market initiatives, data analysis, issue triage, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical program management, solutions engineering, or related fields with a track record of owning complex initiatives.
• Strong technical fluency in API-based integrations and ability to speak with product, engineering, and external partners.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, issue investigation, or workflow automation.
• Proven experience managing others, including hybrid IC/Manager roles.
• Experience driving results in cross-functional environments with competing priorities.
• Ability to navigate capacity trade-offs, manage risk, and communicate priorities to senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for analysis and issue investigation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of partner integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, third party partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify, resolve, and elevate day-to-day integration-related issues.
• Serve as the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships with partners, leading implementation and process improvement.
• Partner with product, engineering, and growth operations to discover and drive opportunities using data analysis, AI-assisted investigation, and scalable workflow automation.
• Help define the integrations roadmap in collaboration with product and operations owners, including AI-enabled tooling improvements.
