Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Manager on the Partner Integrations team to lead a group of Technical Account Managers overseeing integrations with POS systems and aggregators used by restaurant partners. You will align with product, engineering, and growth operations to drive data-driven improvements and scalable AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions engineering, technical account management, strategy & operations, or related fields.
• Strong technical fluency with API-based integrations, able to converse with product, engineering, and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools responsibly to accelerate analysis, documentation, issue investigation, or automation.
• Proven experience managing others with strong people leadership instincts.
• Experience driving results in cross-functional environments with competing priorities.
• Ability to navigate capacity trade-offs, manage risk, and communicate priorities to senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for analysis and investigation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of partner integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams and stakeholders.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration issues.
• Manage external relationships with partners, leading implementation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth operations to discover and drive improvement opportunities using data and AI-enabled workflows.
• Help define the integrations roadmap with product and operations owners.
