Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Manager for the Partner Integrations team to lead and scale integrations with POS systems and aggregators for top restaurant partners. You will oversee a team of Technical Account Managers, drive GTM initiatives, data analysis, and client relationships while collaborating with product, engineering, and growth ops to exploit AI-driven automation and self-service improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions engineering, or related fields with a track record of owning complex initiatives.
• Strong technical fluency in API-based integrations and ability to interface with product, engineering, and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools responsibly to accelerate analysis, documentation, or automation.
• Proven experience managing others with leadership instincts in hybrid IC/Manager roles.
• Experience driving results in cross-functional environments with competing priorities.
• Hands-on experience using SQL for analysis and issue investigation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of partner integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, third-party partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-related issues.
• Serve as the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships and leading implementation and process improvement.
• Partner with product, engineering, and growth operations to discover opportunities from data analysis and AI-enabled workflows.
• Help define the integrations roadmap with product and operations owners, including AI-enabled tooling opportunities.
