Job summary

DoorDash seeks a Manager on the Partner Integrations team to lead integrations with POS systems and aggregators for top restaurant partners. You will manage a team of Technical Account Managers and coordinate go‑to‑market initiatives, data analysis, and client relationships.

You will work with product, engineering, and operations to build AI‑assisted workflows, improve integration quality, and scale partner outcomes. Strong leadership in a hybrid IC/manager capacity is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical program management, solutions engineering, TAM, or related fields; ownership of high‑impact initiatives.
• Strong fluency in API‑based integrations; able to speak with product, engineering, and external partners.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, issue investigation, or automation; prompts/agents a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of partner integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, third parties, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify, resolve, and expand day‑to‑day integration‑related issues.
• Represent DoorDash in external partner relationships, leading implementation and process improvement.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth operations to leverage data analysis and automation for scalable workflows.
