TopDog Law LLC is a nationally expanding, fully remote personal injury firm. We seek a Senior Intake Specialist who reviews complex cases to help decide which matters to sign or refer. You will work with the managing attorney in your state to refine intake criteria and improve outcomes.

You’ll engage with seriously injured clients with empathy, gather needed information, and document findings in our systems. This role offers growth as the firm scales nationally and values ownership.

Formación

• 5+ years of personal injury law experience.
• Experience evaluating construction accident and NY Labor Law cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with injured clients and families.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Fast-moving environment with consistent follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Review exception cases and dig into injuries, liability, and red flags.
• Spot commercial vehicle involvement and high-value potential.
• Talk with prospective clients and families with empathy and follow-up questions.
• Give the managing attorney a clear recommendation (sign, refer, or decline) with reasoning.
• Document everything in Filevine and our intake systems, and hand off signed cases cleanly.
• Review intake calls and recommend improvements to agent training and intake questionnaire.
• Proactively follow up with escalated clients to resolve concerns and improve client satisfaction.
