Job summary

Mission Underwriters is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced insurtech environment. You will guide projects from planning to closeout, ensuring business outcomes align with scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

You will work with operations, underwriting, product, technology, data, finance, compliance, and external partners to drive execution and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in project delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in insurance or insurtech.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business, operational, product, and technology projects from initiation through closeout.
• Establish governance, scope, milestones, and success metrics for delivery.
• Translate objectives into actionable project plans with owners and timelines.
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams and maintain momentum.
• Provide transparent reporting on health, risks, and forecasted outcomes.
• Coordinate with executives and stakeholders to align on decisions.
