Job summary

CoverGo Limited is seeking a Digital Insurance Project Manager to oversee the implementation of new and ongoing projects within our insurtech operations. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The role requires deep insurance industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, with fully remote work eligibility for candidates based in Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager.
• At least 3 years in insurance.
• Insurance domain knowledge is required.
• Strong client facing experience is essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead project planning sessions with internal and client teams.
• Support solution proposals for client pursuits and PoCs.
• Participate in proposal and PoC design, submission and review.
• Assist in contracts creation and client communications.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities for existing clients.
• Monitor project progress and adapt work as required.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and stay within scope.
• Maintain regular project reviews and report status with metrics.
• Oversee all project documentation and risk management.
