Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice in the US. You will lead complex life insurance transformation engagements across platforms, policy administration, and customer experiences, delivering measurable business outcomes.

You will build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, coordinate multi-vendor teams, and guide roadmaps from strategy through adoption with a focus on leadership and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6–10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs in insurance/financial services.
• Experience with policy administration platforms and multi-vendor delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements in life, annuity, and group insurance transformations.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across vendor and EY members.
• Translate client objectives into delivery roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee governance, risk, and program financials.
• Drive client relationship management and new business opportunities.
