EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. Lead complex insurance transformation engagements across operations, platforms, and customer experiences, guiding multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, high-impact setting.

You will translate business objectives into practical roadmaps, manage senior client relationships, and drive measurable outcomes while leveraging AI, analytics, and accelerators to improve delivery quality and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6–10+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting, insurance, or enterprise transformation.
• Eight or more years in consulting, insurance, financial services technology, or enterprise transformation.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
• Advise senior leaders, translate objectives into delivery roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate multi-vendor teams to maintain alignment and resolve delivery challenges.
• Guide client and platform teams through policy administration, underwriting, billing, servicing, and claims transformations.
