Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams and deliver consulting services for life insurance, group benefits, and retirement, helping clients reimagine and modernize for sustainable value. You will gain exposure to technology transformation, delivery methods, and a broad insurer value chain, including product development, underwriting, policy administration, and claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant working experience.
• 3+ years’ experience across Life, annuity, and Group benefits lines.
• Experience delivering on policy administration platforms such as FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro or similar PAS.
• Familiarity with Life & Annuity value chain including product configuration, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, and claims.
• Program/project management in onshore/offshore delivery models with clients and vendors.
• Hands-on experience with platform configuration, APIs, middleware, and data migration.
• Excellent business, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong writing, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives, architecture, and program commitments.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, and milestones across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation across business and tech teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, regulatory, and operational goals.
• Monitor program health and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates and insights.
• Promote Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, release management, DevOps, and readiness.
• Mentor junior team members and drive delivery excellence.
