Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams in delivering consulting services for life insurance, group benefits and retirement clients. You will work within the BTG practice to modernize and disrupt delivery, gain exposure to policy administration platforms, and advance digital transformation.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and agile skills, plus willingness to travel up to 50% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in Life, annuity, or Group benefits.
• Experience with policy administration platforms: FAST (Verisk), FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or similar PAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligning with objectives and standards.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate configuration, integration, and implementation across teams.
• Translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps and plans.
• Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor program health and drive risk mitigation.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore teams for quality outcomes.
• Support governance with status updates and insights.
• Promote Agile/SAFe practices and DevOps readiness.
• Mentor junior team members and drive delivery excellence.
