EY seeks a Senior Consultant to join EY engagement teams, delivering consulting services and developing business with clients in life insurance, group benefits and retirement. The BTG practice helps reimagine, modernize and create sustainable value across the market.

In this role, you will lead platform delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, translate requirements into actionable roadmaps, and ensure alignment with architecture, security and regulatory standards while promoting Agile/SAFe

Competenze

• A Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant working experience.
• 3+ years’ experience across any of the following lines of insurance: Life, annuity, and Group benefits.
• Experience with policy administration platforms and modern PAS systems.
• Knowledge of Life & Annuity value chain including product configuration, underwriting, policy administration, servicing and claims.
• Program/project/workstream management in onshore/offshore delivery models with clients and vendors.
• Hands-on familiarity with platform configuration, APIs, middleware, and data migration.
• Excellent business, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong writing, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet client needs.

• Lead the delivery of platform solutions, ensuring alignment with objectives, architecture standards, and program commitments.
• Manage delivery planning, execution, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation activities across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and roadmaps with client stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions align with architecture, security, regulatory, and operational objectives.
• Monitor program health and delivery performance; drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes and meet objectives.
• Support governance forums and stakeholder communications with status updates and insights.
• Promote Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, release management, DevOps, and operational readiness.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
