Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience across Life, annuity, or Group benefits lines.
- Experience delivering with PAS platforms and API integrations.
Aufgaben
- Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives and architecture standards.
- Plan, execute, scope, and manage risks and milestones across cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate platform configuration across business, technology, and vendor teams.
- Translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps and plans.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor program health and mitigate risks and issues.
- Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure quality outcomes.
- Provide status updates and insights to governance forums and stakeholders.
- Promote Agile/SAFe practices, testing, release management, and DevOps.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement.
