Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Life Insurance-focused engagement teams, delivering consulting services and helping clients modernize their platforms and processes.

You will lead platform delivery across the insurance value chain, coordinate cross-functional teams, and apply Agile/SAFe practices while traveling up to 50% to meet client needs. This is a role that blends technology transformation with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits.
• Delivery on policy administration platforms: FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, LifePro, or similar.
• Knowledge of Life & Annuity value chain: configuration, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, claims.
• PM/Delivery experience in on-shore/off-shore models with clients and vendors.
• Hands-on platform configuration & integration: APIs, middleware, data migration.
• Excellent business, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong writing, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable presenting to executives.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Agile: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform solution delivery aligned with objectives, architecture, and program commitments.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, issues, and milestones across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate configuration, integration, and implementation with business, technology, and vendors.
• Translate business requirements into delivery plans and roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor program health and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates and insights.
• Promote Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, release, DevOps and readiness.
• Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement.
