EY seeks a Senior Consultant to join our Life Insurance BTG practice, delivering platform solutions and managing cross-functional delivery across onshore and offshore teams. You will translate client requirements into delivery roadmaps, while ensuring architecture standards and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes Agile/SAFe execution, stakeholder engagement, and strong written/presentation skills. A willingness to travel up to 50% is required to meet client needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant working experience
• 3+ years’ experience across life, annuity, and Group benefits insurance
• Experience delivering on policy administration platforms (FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro)
• Working knowledge of Life & Annuity value chain (config, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, claims)
• Program/project management in onshore/offshore delivery with vendors
• Hands-on familiarity with APIs, middleware, data migration
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives, architecture standards, and program commitments
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, and milestones across cross-functional teams
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation with business, tech, and vendors
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and roadmaps
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise architecture, security, regulatory, and operational standards
• Monitor program health and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes
• Support governance forums with status updates and delivery insights
• Promote Agile/SAFe practices, testing, release management, DevOps, and readiness
• Mentor junior team members and foster continuous improvement
