Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our engagement teams, delivering consulting services to life insurance clients and supporting business transformation initiatives. You will lead platform delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate requirements into actionable roadmaps while upholding security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant working experience.
• 3+ years’ experience across Life, annuity, and Group benefits.
• Experience with delivery on policy administration platforms: FAST (Verisk), FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable modern PAS.
• Working knowledge of the Life & Annuity value chain, including product configuration, new business/underwriting, policy administration, servicing, and claims.
• Program, project, or workstream management experience in an on-shore/off-shore delivery model, working with clients and third-party vendors.
• Hands-on familiarity with platform configuration and integration, including APIs, middleware, and data migration.
• Excellent business, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong writing, presentation, conceptual, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with speaking to larger audiences and executive level professionals.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet client needs, as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned to objectives, architecture, and program commitments.
• Manage delivery planning, execution, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones.
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation across teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and operational objectives.
• Monitor program health and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates and recommendations.
• Promote Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, release management, and DevOps best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to delivery excellence.
