Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams, delivering consulting services for life insurance, group benefits, and retirement. You will lead platform delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate client requirements into actionable roadmaps, while ensuring architecture, security, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in Life, annuity, or Group benefits insurance lines.
• Experience delivering on policy administration platforms like FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, or comparable PAS.
• Knowledge of Life & Annuity value chain: product configuration, underwriting, policy admin, servicing, claims.
• Program/project management experience in onshore/offshore delivery models with clients and vendors.
• Hands-on platform configuration and integration knowledge, including APIs and data migration.
• Strong communication, presentation, and written skills; comfortable with executive audiences.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of platform solutions aligned with business objectives and architecture standards.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation across business, tech, and vendor teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise architecture, security, regulatory, and operational goals.
• Monitor program health and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates and delivery insights.
• Promote Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, release management, DevOps, and operational readiness.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to delivery excellence and knowledge sharing.
