Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams and deliver consulting services for life insurance, group benefits and retirement clients. You will help clients achieve goals using EY's BTG capabilities, gaining exposure to digital transformation, architecture, and delivery practices across the insurance value chain.

You'll lead platform delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff while promoting Agile/SAFe methodologies and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level audiences.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe delivery and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives and architecture.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, and milestones across teams.
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation activities.
• Translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment with security, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Monitor program health and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates and insights.
• Promote Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, release, and DevOps practices.
• Mentor junior team members and drive delivery excellence.
