Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Insurance Product Analyst IV to drive growth in personal lines products and digital experiences. You will partner with the Digital Experience team to translate insurance knowledge into data-driven insights that inform decisions and optimize customer outcomes.

The role requires advanced analytics using SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, and AI tools, with collaboration across Actuarial, Finance, and Product teams. Remote-friendly role with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative field.
• 6+ years analytical experience in insurance or related industries.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and data modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to product managers and experience leaders to optimize digital experiences through experimentation and data-driven decisions.
• Perform moderately complex analyses to support growth and profitability targets.
• Monitor and communicate performance and insights of digital products for personal lines auto and property.
• Assess market risks and opportunities; influence executive decisions with data-based insights.
• Use SQL, Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, and other tools to analyze large datasets and uncover trends.
• Develop business cases for initiatives by modeling scenarios and evaluating financial impact.
• Apply AI tools to increase efficiency and extend analytics beyond reporting.
