Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring an Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence for a remote role across the United States. You will drive growth by blending personal lines knowledge with digital analytics and strategic problem solving to deliver insights and influence decisions.

You will partner with Digital Experience teams, analyze large datasets using SQL, Snowflake, Excel and Power BI, and support cross-functional product development with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of analytical experience in insurance or related industries required; experience across multiple functions is preferred.
• Superior research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses.
• Adaptability and multitasking with strong time management.
• Ability to make effective formal presentations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI/Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) required; Snowflake, Python or R preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to coach and mentor co-workers and give feedback.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to product managers to optimize digital experiences through analytics.
• Performs moderately complex analysis to support growth and profitability targets.
• Monitors performance and strategic insights of digital auto and property products.
• Assess market risks and opportunities and influence executive decisions with data.
• Uses SQL, Excel, Snowflake and Power BI to analyze large data sets.
• Supports development of business cases by modeling scenarios and estimating financial impact.
• Applies AI tools to increase analytical efficiency and automate routine work.
• Prepares clear presentations and reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and improve analytical efficiency.
• Works cross-functionally with Actuarial, Finance, State Product Management, Operations, etc.
