Qualifications

• Subject matter expert in MGA Systems and P&C operations.
• Experience delivering professional services to large agencies.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently.
• Strong presentation and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex MGA-focused consulting engagements from discovery to optimization.
• Advise on MGA workflows, underwriting, distribution models, and policy administration.
• Mentor delivery teams and contribute to reuse assets and playbooks.
• Assist with pre-sales, SOWs, and solution architecture with clients.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales to influence roadmap and outcomes.
