CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks a Sr. Trial Attorney to handle a full inventory of complex litigated files, including discovery, arbitration, mediation and trials, with minimal management oversight.

You will advise and mentor less senior attorneys while appearing and advocating on behalf of CSAA IG and its insureds. The role is remote nationwide but requires active California Bar licensure and occasional travel for hearings.

Formación

• 10-12+ years in insurance defense with significant courtroom and first-chair trial experience.
• Juris Doctorate and California license to practice law.
• Proficient in personal injury litigation, liability, damages and causation.
• Collaborative with paralegal(s) and support staff; strong communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and online research tools.
• Ability to manage complex case inventories independently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to advocate creatively and ethically; strong analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a full inventory of complex litigated files: discovery, arbitration, mediation and trials.
• Advise and mentor less senior attorneys.
• Appear and advocate on behalf of CSAA IG and insureds.
• Handle all phases of personal injury litigation with minimal supervision.
• Travel as needed for appearances and in-person meetings.
• No billable hours; work with claims specialists and support staff.
