Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with heavy emphasis in marketing and finance, or equivalent education and experience.
• 8+ years of insurance/broker industry experience, specifically in consulting or account management.
• Strong interpersonal communication and critical thinking skills required
• Current licenses or ability to immediately obtain.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Must be available for travel for client/team meetings.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for 20-40 total accounts, with assistance from an Account Coordinator or Senior Account Coordinator.
• Seen as SME by core teams and clients, carrier partners and leadership.
• Oversees full office/book of business to ensure timelines are met and metrics are aligned.
• Point of contact for escalations related to case questions/issues.
• Grow business by building relationships with the growth team and clients.
• Mentor and develop staff with leadership coaching.
• Collaborate across series/offices with marketing, placement and policy management.
• Share knowledge to promote better collaboration and drive results.
