You will collaborate with Account Executives to deliver exceptional service, coordinate administrative tasks, and support coverage implementations with clients and carriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of commercial, underwriting, or risk management experience.
• Experience in brokerage, insurance industry and/or client services strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executives/Producers to manage an assigned book of business.
• Coordinate administrative and service functions for accounts.
• Support new lines of coverage by setting up accounts and gathering required documents.
• Prepare submissions, collect loss data, and review plan details with clients and carriers.
• Request and collect quotes from carriers; audit policies and endorsements for accuracy.
• Update policy specs and summaries; bind coverage under supervision.
• Create marketing materials and client communications; assist invoicing and billing.
