Job summary

Lockton is seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our Account Management team in Dallas, TX. You will support a specified book of business with a focus on delivering exceptional service and enabling growth for associates and clients.

You will collaborate with Account Executives to manage accounts, gather exposure data, coordinate submissions, and assist with quotes, invoicing, and compliance. Travel may be required for client meetings and markets as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related commercial, underwriting, or risk management experience.
• Prior brokerage, insurance industry and/or client services experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial lines coverages.
• General understanding of casualty insurance coverages.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in conjunction with Account Executives and/or Producers to manage an assigned book of business.
• Coordinate and execute administrative and service functions for assigned accounts.
• Support implementation of new lines of coverage by setting up account and gathering documentation.
• Gather exposure information, including loss-runs and stratifications.
• Prepare submission documentation and transmit to markets when prompted.
• Request and collect quotes from carriers.
• Audit policies, quotes, binders, and endorsements for accuracy.
• Update specifications and summaries to reflect changes during policy lifecycle.
• Bind coverage under direction of Unit Manager/Account Executive.
• Generate marketing materials for client presentations.
• Send compliance communications as needed.
• Assist with invoicing and bill discrepancies; coordinate with Surplus Lines as needed.
• Research industry trends and regulations impacting clients and Lockton.
• Manage Certificate of Insurance and ID card processes.
• Support Image Rights filing, open items list, and contract reviews.
• Handle additional tasks as requested by leadership.
