Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; equivalent experience in insurance may be considered.
• 3+ years of insurance industry experience, specifically employee benefits.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve objectives.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Customer service excellence and ability to build relationships with multiple clients.
• Ability to work effectively with vendors and understand financial arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary service contact for an assigned book of business and develop strong relationships with clients and carriers.
• Manage client launches including carrier involvement, communications campaigns, and enrollment system coordination.
• Develop and execute service schedules, coordinate responses, and conduct client surveys as needed.
• Meet with clients individually or with senior staff per standardized meeting schedules.
• Lead marketing efforts and manage client communications.
• Review client documents such as employee booklets and carrier contracts.
