The Baldwin Group seeks a Sr. Client Manager to lead the service team on large accounts across the United States. You will coordinate carrier relationships, oversee placement and renewal strategy, and mentor colleagues, while delivering exceptional client service.

This senior role emphasizes market insight, risk assessment, and cross‑functional collaboration to improve client outcomes and firm performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; pursuing professional insurance designation.
• At least five years of account management experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Establish and maintain carrier relationships.
• Market large accounts as assigned.
• Prepare risk maps for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate service delivery including developing initial placement/renewal strategy.
• Complete special projects.
• Mentor new colleagues when requested.
