The Baldwin Group leads with award-winning insurance solutions across Commercial Insurance, Employee Benefits, and Risk Management for clients nationwide. The Client Experience Leader will mentor a team of professionals, drive client segmentation strategies, and partner with senior leadership to improve profitability and client retention.

We seek a leader who can coach, communicate effectively, and optimize workflows while maintaining deep knowledge of insurance products and markets.

Qualifications

Maintains all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance to provide consultation and solutions in states where the firm functions.
Minimum 5 years of related experience in a service industry and in a leadership capacity.
Experience with Agency Management System and/or other CRM-related software.
Has a high level of technical insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of client segmentation strategy to ensure profitability and retention goals are met in a collaborative environment.
Drive strategies to enhance the client experience and achieve high client retention.
Ensure efficiency in workflows and operational execution across teams.
Lead service team integration projects and coordinate training for market updates.
Manage insurance company partner relationships and hold regular team meetings.
Mentor and develop colleagues to build bench strength and open communication.
