You will provide technical insurance knowledge, respond to inquiries, and ensure accurate account management across multiple offices.

The role emphasizes proactive client engagement, renewal planning, and coordinating with carriers to deliver excellent service. High attention to detail and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance and knowledge of coverages, underwriting and rating concepts.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum 95% retention of client accounts through proactive engagement and renewals.
• Provide technical insurance coverage knowledge and client service for new and existing clients.
• Complete new business process for new clients including communication plan and welcome packets.
• Manage pre-renewal activities and deliver renewal proposals for Premier clients.
• Execute policy renewals and maintain renewal expirations to avoid lapses.
• Respond to underwriters’ questions promptly.
• Maintain accurate agency management and document systems.
• Guide clients in submitting first reports of claims and coordinate carrier response.
