The role requires a proven sales record, strong leadership, and the ability to use analytics to guide decisions. A positive, proactive attitude and licensing readiness are essential for success.

Formación

• Must have a Property & Casualty insurance license and Life & Health license.
• Proven track record in insurance sales or agency management.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, present to clients, and close sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Cross-sell financial products where appropriate.
• Share training and expertise with team members.
• Understand and follow underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Generate new business through leads and referrals.
