Qualifications

• MD P&C license required in Maryland.
• Minimum 3 years of direct insurance sales experience.
• Proven ability to grow and manage a professional book of business.
• Comfort using agency management systems and digital lead tools.
• Excellent verbal communication for client consultations.
• Strong understanding of risk management and insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with new clients throughout the Annapolis region to understand their unique protection needs.
• Analyze current market offerings to design tailored insurance solutions for individuals and families.
• Nurture and grow existing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Manage your daily schedule to meet sales goals while providing thoughtful, high-quality advice to every person you speak with.
