HUB International is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Producer in the United States (California) to grow a book of business across personal, commercial, and employee benefits lines. You will prospect through local networks and close deals, supported by HUB’s national office and regional teams, delivering outstanding service.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, leveraging a national platform, and pursuing new opportunities.

Formación

• 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience.
• Commercial Insurance sales experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must obtain appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good listening skills and ability to determine client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts sales, service, and solicitation of all forms of insurance business.
• Maximizes growth and client retention through superior service.
• Develops accounts and cross-sells available products and services.
• Generates and pursues new client opportunities.
• Presents our services and solutions at prospect meetings.
• Brings new business prospects to closure.
• Retains clients by maintaining solid B2B relationships.
