You will understand business risks, evaluate loss experience and financials, and develop solutions for clients across multiple lines.

The role emphasizes establishing growth and retention strategies, cultivating relationships, and facilitating the marketing process with carriers to secure favorable terms and premiums.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance experience across applicable products/lines.
• Ability to evaluate risks, review loss experience, cash flow and financials.
• Develop solutions and articulate impact of options to clients.
• Grow and retain a book of business; monitor implementation.
• Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide information, creative solutions and resolve client issues.
• Negotiate coverage, terms and premiums; foster carrier relationships.
• Solid understanding of coverages, exclusions, and program design.
