The role emphasizes proposal preparation, billing issue resolution, and mentoring junior team members to enhance policy knowledge. Base salary ranges from mid- to high-60s up to six figures, with incentives possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Insurance.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).
• Insurance designations (e.g., INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to deliver best-in-class service and drive growth.
• Coverage analysis for client programs and risk management recommendations.
• Negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers and prepare proposals.
• Resolve billing issues and mentor Client Service Associates by developing policy-checking skills and coverage knowledge.
