The role emphasizes analytical rigor, proficiency with Excel, and collaboration with lenders on development projects, acquisitions, and refinancings. Travel for meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance at an agency or related company.
• Extensive experience with multi-family habitational risk portfolios and lender requirements.
• Proven ability to partner with clients and lenders on development projects, acquisitions, and refinancing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized service plans and manage proposals and renewals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers.
• Provide risk analysis and recommendations; support submissions and proposals.
• Lead and mentor teammates in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
